Something not sorting the way it should? Tell us what happened — the person who answers is the person who wrote the app. First response within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, CET/CEST); if sorting has stopped working completely, within 1 business day.

Many questions are already answered in the documentation — for example why a new page was not sorted in, how to keep one branch in manual order, and what happens on uninstall.

Your message goes to the app’s support mailbox in Germany (EU). We store name, email address and message to answer your request; your IP address is logged with the submission for spam protection. Details: privacy policy.
